How do I save Web pages for later viewing?

Saving a Web page allows you to view the page later with a Web browser, perhaps when you are offline.

To save a Web page in Microsoft Internet Explorer:

  1. From the Web page you want to save, go to the File menu and select Save As.
  2. On the Save Web Page screen, click the Save in arrow to select the folder where you want to save the Web page.
  3. In the File name box, type the name of the Web page. You can type any name that you want.
  4. Click Save. Make sure you remember where you saved the Web page so you can access it later.
