"Error: Proxy Server"

If you receive this error message, your browser is set to use a proxy. Because BlueLight Internet does not need a Proxy Server, this browser setting creates a conflict. This problem can be easily remedied by disabling the proxies in your default browser.

Netscape Users:

  1. Open Netscape.
  2. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  1. On the left side of the window, click the + next to Advanced.
  2. Under Advanced, click on Proxies.
  3. Select Direct Connection to the Internet and click OK.

You should now be able to view all Web sites through BlueLight Internet.
