How do I activate my BlueLight service if I am paying via my phone bill?

Currently BlueLight Internet Service is not available for sign-up. However, you can sign-up for our sister services NetZero HiSpeed 3G or Platinum account.

Once you have completed the Platinum sign-up process to pay via your phone bill, you will need to call 866-949-8647 within 72 hours of signing up for the service from the phone number that is to be billed for the Platinum service. You will not be able to activate the service by calling from any other phone number. If you attempt to log in before the service has been activated, you will be directed to a web page with instructions for activating the service.

If you do not call and activate within 72 hours of signing up, your registration will expire. Your member ID will then provide you with the limited NetZero free service because you didn't contact us within 72 hours of creating your account.

You may however upgrade your account to Platinum, by visiting our Web site at www.netzero.net and click on the link labeled: Already have a FREE member ID? Click here to upgrade to Platinum. You will be required to upgrade to Platinum using another form of payment, as you cannot continue with Phone Bill as your mode of payment.
