How can I change credit cards after paying for BlueLight Internet service?

If you would like to review or make changes to your billing account, we have set up a Web site for this purpose.

Please click here to access this site, or do the following:

  1. Go to https://support.mybluelight.com/
  2. Enter your username and password.

This will take you to the Customer Account Center where you can review your account status. If you would like to transfer your service to a different credit card:

  1. Click Edit Account
  2. Edit your Billing Information and Payment Method as needed.
  3. Click Save Changes.
