The Email Address or Password you entered could not be verified

There are several reasons why you may be getting this error

  • Verify the Email address and Password
    Ensure that you are entering the Email address and Password correctly.

  • Password is case sensitive
    Be sure to enter your password in lower case. If your password is not working, please ensure that your Caps Lock key is not active.

  • Contact Technical Support
    If you continue to receive this error, please contact Technical support and verify the Email address and Password being used to import the address book entries.

Example: If you are trying to import your address book from Yahoo! and continue to receive this error, then contact Yahoo Technical support . However, if you are experiencing a problem importing another Email on the Web account, click here
