Why does the right margin get cut-off when I print from Email on the Web?

If you are experiencing printing problems when using Email on the Web, you may need to adjust your printing options so that the messages fit into the allotted page frame. If you are planning on printing a message from Email on the Web, use the Printer Friendly button to automatically adjust the message size so that it fits into the print screen.

If that does not work, please try these steps to adjust your printing options:

  1. Reset the Left and Right margin in the Printer Options.
  2. On Internet Explorer Toolbar, go to the View option, select Text Size and select Medium, Smaller or Smallest. Now try printing.
  3. If the problem persists, please try selecting the Landscape option to print messages.
