I reported a message as Junk Mail, but keep getting it in my inbox.

If you've continue to see messages you've reported as Junk (or different messages from the same sender) in your Inbox, you may need to change your Junk Mail settings to Standard or Exclusive. Click here to learn how to change your Junk Mail settings.

If your setting is Standard, you may need to ensure that the sender is added to your Block List. Click here to learn how to add a sender to your Block List.

Please note that the only way to ensure you do not receive any unwanted email in your inbox is to use the Exclusive Junk Mail setting. The people who send unwanted or unsolicited email change their sender address and subject line very frequently, so reporting them as Junk Mail and adding them to your Block List may not be a permanent solution. Using the Exclusive setting ensures that only messages sent from senders in your Address Book or Do Not Block list will be shown in your inbox.
